Support

Watch Roulette Support

Watch Roulette helps you pick a TV episode from a curated catalog, save local picks, track watched episodes, and keep a user-controlled backup without requiring an account for the public app.

Using Watch Roulette

This public release does not provide email support. Use the help topics on this page; Watch Roulette works without an account.

Local data and optional account-sync controls are explained on the Account deletion help page. It does not submit a support request.

App Not Loading

Check your network connection, refresh the page, and try again in a supported browser. The public app should load without an account.

Spin Or Show Browsing Issues

Spin and Shows should work for signed-out users from the curated catalog. Provider links are hints only, so availability should be checked in your streaming app.

Local Backup And Restore Help

Local backups are user-controlled files. Keep exported backups somewhere you trust, preview a backup before restoring it, and only use Replace when you mean to replace this browser's local Watch Roulette data.

Account Sync Issues

The public release works signed out. In a deployment where sign-in is enabled, account sync is an optional separate server feature; local Watch Roulette data remains available without it.

Privacy And Data Deletion Questions

Local data can be managed on this device through Profile tools or browser storage controls. Synced account data, when signed in and enabled, is separate from local backup files you have downloaded.

App Store Or Store Listing Questions

Store listing, data-safety, and app-store submission details are still under review. Watch Roulette does not claim final app-store support readiness yet.

Local-First Notes

Local mode remains available without login. Preferences, saved picks, watch history, queues, filters, custom shows, and backup files can stay in this browser unless you choose to export, restore, share, or sync eligible account data.

Signed-out users do not sync account data. Optional signed-in sync currently covers only profile preferences, saved episode IDs, and watched history.
